There are so many movers and shakers out there. Some are known and some are under the radar. Here at Stun we find pleasure in introducing you to some of the under the radar individuals who are doing major things while moving in silence. Enter Hannah Bronfman. Who is Hannah Bronfman? She is only the heir to the multibillion dollar Seagrams fortune, daughter of Edgar Bronfman Jr. and Shari Bronfman, in demand International DJ, digital media entrepreneur and health and fitness enthusiast. Her Instagram feed is one to envy, if you’re envious. Popsugar.com thought her instagram was so cool, they gave her, her own page on their website called “HannahGram”. Her life is nothing short of fabulous as she shares images of her and fiancé Brendan Fallis, also an in demand DJ trekking around the world or just kicking it at home in New York City and the Hamptons. The couple met back in 2011 during Art Basel in Miami by chance. Hannah said she wasn’t even supposed to be in Miami during that time, and was just getting out of a relationship. But the two hit off almost instantly and the rest as they say is history.
Hannah started DJing back in college and it just became a passion of hers. Since that discovery she has kept the dance floor jumping with her DJing skills at events for major brands, companies/organizations like Nylon, PopSugar, Banana Republic, Bvgalri, Chopard, Clinique, Christian Louboutin, Dior, Ebay, Fendi, H&M, Moet-Chandon, NARS, Samsung, SONY and UNICEF. She has also graced the stage as a warm up to major music acts like Alicia Keys and John Legend. Watch her talk about what its like for her being female DJ:
She is often featured in the pages of some of the biggest magazines in the world like Harper’s Bazaar. Her and Fiancé Brendan were the cover stars of a recent summer issue of Hamptons Magazine where they talked about their life together and how they make time for each other even with busy schedules.
There are so many inspiring couples that work together and work really hard. We’re definitely not the type of people who live completely separate lives and we’re just coming together for dinner every night. We want to have that work/life relationship. I think we’re really in growth mode right now and we’re still really trying to build our careers and also build for the future.
Hannah Spends a lot of her time staying in shape, much of which is documented on her instagram feed. When she isn’t working out or spinning at an exclusive event somewhere on the planet, she’s running HBfit.com, a health, beauty and fitness website which has a devoted following. The site is built on Hannah’s dedication to her wellness, unrelenting positivity and living the best and healthiest life possible. Values that are passed on to readers and followers of HBfit. A typical day for her reads like a woman on the move, a mogul. An October 2015 feature in Harper’s Bazaar took readers into a typical day for the DJ/Entrepreneur. She starts her day like a mogul which means she basically dives into work right away after hopping out of bed:
8:00 AM: I get out of bed, take my probiotics and I make myself a hot beverage—either hot water with lemon or matcha latte. I also have a dandelion blend that is a coffee substitute that I’ll blend with the matcha latte and some coconut oil if I’m looking for something different, it helps digestion. Then I’ll sit on my computer while I have my latte and look up a few things, check up what is going on HBFIT.com that day. I try to get my workouts in in the morning. About twice a week I work out with Stephen Cheuk from S10 Training for high intensity workouts. I see personal trainer Kira Stokes once a week for a really dynamic workout, as well as Ashley Deleon for Pilates. In between I’m doing dance classes at 305, or going to Y7, or doing boxing classes at Aerospace or Overthrow. I like to switch it up.
Hannah was raised in money, spending a lot of time as a child in the Hamptons and watching her dad and grandfather build, buy and sell companies. But she is as humble as they come and enjoys sharing that life with Brendan. The couple is looking forward to starting their family and hopes to introduce them to the Brofman family traditions in the Hamptons as well as the Fallis family traditions in Muskoka, Canada.
